Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:
  • Change of mind
  • Unknown address
  • Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
  • Not located at address provided
You are entitled to a refund for items purchased from Bent Tips if the item is faulty providing the following conditions are met :  
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Goods are in new condition
  • Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged
  • Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
  • Item was not purchased at sale price
  • This is your first return of the item in question
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
We inspect all clothing and accessories before we post to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact the Bent Tips Team immediately so we can resolve this for you. Please email: with your name and order number with a description and clear photo of the fault.
We will then respond via email providing you with the address to which the faulty item can be shipped. Please be mindful when packaging the item and choosing a post service as the faulty item is your responsibility until it reaches our office. We will then move with utmost speed to send your replacement or process your refund.
